Oh well. Bummer. Meeting did not turn out well. Tons of compliments do not pay the bills. He wants to do some staff changes and see what I can do with new blood. Don't blame him really. I think we may need that kick in the ass to accomplish the # one status that I crave. Oh well a new challenge is set. Another meeting will take place in 2 months to see where we're at. I will get my props and in $ like I deserve. So changes will occur and I'll roll with it.

The accountant did not come this time. Good thing cos I couldn't help but question some reports he did on my store. I mean come on, he's the numbers guy, so let's get all our numbers in order. Get your formulas right. Don't leave out the important numbers like simple mistenders. Once corrected they shouldn't count against. They're accounted for. Don't mix your positives and negatives and when one sum balances another's then it freaking balanced. Grrr. You're doubling numbers where the sum shouldn't and wouldn't affect the bottom line.. So yeah I shot some holes in the reports. Probably should've kept quiet. Hold my tongue. But well, I couldn't.

Thanks for everyone's prayers. I'm frustrated with the outcome but it wasn't unexpected. At least he liked my store's appearance, my confidence/drive and is giving me another review. Said he has total faith in me and will support me wherever needed. That felt good but not quite as good as a raise.;)

Damn it and I looked smashing today! Hair, done to perfection. Make up just right. Pretty pink fitted button down shirt with the coolest buttonless cuffs and slacks. :(
