Oh my God no one will believe the day I had today. But things could always be worse right? ( They Sure Could )

My day was a walk in the park in comparison. A rough one though. My head aches from all the bitching I did. But in the end it had to be done. I couldn't just fire anyone. So I just broke up the staff and had two small meetings in my office to get everything off my chest. Boy did I. I unloaded. So we'll see how long this lasts. If anyone took to heart what I said. It was my last warning. I will be surprised if the staff will be the same people by the end of next month. I have laid out the ground rules and they have to decided if they want to follow them or be let go. Really quite simple. I put a smackdown on them and had a hard time reeling it in.

I asked if they felt I was off base. If there was anyone who disagreed. Silence except for one person and I was impressed she even said anything at all. ( Oh Yes, More If You Wish To Read )

So today was weird. Hard to wrap my mind around the things that happened. I even felt like it would be last night. I couldn't sleep. I tried. I think I finally fell asleep around 3:30 AM. Something just seemed off. Looks like it was for a lot of people.
